Main objectives of the Facility management area are:
- Assessment regarding investments in the installations of the asset to improve profitability;
- Manage efficiently the operating budget to maximise the services supporting the activity of the centre (maintenance, security, cleaning etc;
- Support customer and marketing areas from a technical point of view (tenant’s fit-out works, events, shopping experience vs.accomodations);
- Commitment to environmental activities and standards.
